Step outside and bring the energy. Rumble Boxing is a high-intensity, boxing-inspired workout that fuses the power of boxing with the pulse of music, a dark room, and bright lights. In-studio, we throw down on heavy bags — but for this outdoor pop-up, we’re taking it back to the basics.
Join us for a dynamic 45-minute session packed with shadowboxing, foundational boxing technique, heart-pumping HIIT, and bodyweight strength work. No bags, just pure movement, energy, and community.
