Join us at Faneuil Hall Marketplace for a FREE F45 bootcamp workout! On Saturday, May 5th, instructors from F45 will lead participants in an outdoor bootcamp in front of the Black Dog store. We will have two classes at 8:30am and 9:30am. Each will be 45 minutes long. The workout will be cardio/hybrid that's completely focused on bodyweight movements. All you need to do is bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a good attitude! The Monkey Bar will provide fresh juice and smoothies for all attendees after class.
