Food Trucks and Mobile Operators will rotate daily; specific schedules will be assigned after the selection process and will be based on need and availability. Additional vending opportunities may be available later in the evening, subject to the program schedule.

A fully equipped mobile kitchen designed for on-site food preparation and sales. Operators must bring their own food truck and comply with all health, safety, and operational guidelines. Food Trucks and Mobile operators will rotate daily; specific schedules will be assigned after the selection process and will be based on need and availability. Additional vending opportunities may be available later in the evening, subject to the program schedule.

A vendor selling food, beverages, or retail products from a temporary or mobile setup (e.g., cart, tent, or kiosk). Operators must provide their own setup, which must meet location-specific requirements and be pre-approved by Management.

Turnkey retail unit provided by FHM. Ideal for artisans, small businesses, and seasonal vendors looking for a flexible, cost-effective retail presence.

A flexible retail space offered by FHM, ideal for established businesses with a larger inventory that are looking to expand into brick and mortar and use this as a stepping stone.

Approved business licenses, food service permits, and health inspection certifications are required. Operators must provide copies of all required documents.
Yes, but only with prior approval from Management.
Operators are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of their designated area, including proper waste disposal.
All operators will operate under a formal Management Agreement, outlining terms, responsibilities, and expectations for the season. The Management Agreements will detail rent structure, which will be a combination of a base monthly or daily license fee plus a percentage of sales.
